Best Educators Tutoring collects adult contact details, a student’s first name and last initial, grade, optional school information, program interest, learning goals and initial skill-check answers to support tutoring registration and follow-up.

Adult-led registration

An adult completes registration. Parent or legal guardian consent is required for a minor. Adult college learners may register themselves for Chemistry Jump Start. Do not submit birth dates, identity documents, medical records, financial account details or other sensitive documents through website forms.

Caregiver authorization

A grandparent or caregiver may submit registration and request the existing Parent Consent & Grandparent/Caregiver Authorization Form by calling or texting 708-398-0831. The parent or legal guardian must sign the form naming the caregiver and authorizing registration, assessment, tutoring and communications. Best Educators must receive and verify it before releasing the assessment, payment and purchased digital activity steps. Authorization does not transfer legal custody or guardianship.

Storage and restricted access

Registrations, initial answers, inquiries and payment follow-up requests are saved to the website’s database. The authorized director’s signed-in account controls access to the director dashboard. Student information is not placed in public website pages or the enrollment assistant. A hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions.

Private resume links

Enrollment resume links are access keys to assessment, payment and purchased digital activity steps. Keep them private. They contain no student name or contact information and expire after 30 days. A new link from the director invalidates the previous link. The browser stores the access key in session storage when available; it does not store form details there.

Payments

The academic assessment is $195. Chemistry Jump Start is $435 for five sessions. Phonics: Sound It Out is an $8 digital starter activity, available after verified payment. Its final-sale, no-returns policy is shown before payment, with exceptions where required by law. Payment links open a separate provider; verify the recipient, service and amount before paying. Our website does not collect card or bank credentials. A payment report or invoice request is not proof of payment. Best Educators verifies payment receipt and appointment arrangements separately.

Phonics activity

Purchased lesson audio is delivered after access verification. It uses a synthetic voice and requires no microphone or student recording. Practice answers are not collected or stored by this activity.

American University Center requests

AUC course information, course enrollment requests, student portal access help and class invoice requests collect adult contact details, adult role, learner stage, course or university interest, an optional enrollment reference and a message. These requests are saved as restricted inquiries for the director. They do not collect payment details, issue course access or confirm enrollment. AUC verifies eligibility and authorization before course access and confirms the exact fee before issuing a secure payment invoice.

Contact and alerts

Website submissions are saved for the director to review; the website does not send automatic email or SMS alerts. Cash App can send its own transaction alerts by text or email when enabled in Cash App under Profile, then Notifications. These Cash App alerts are separate from website enrollment and payment reports. Email and text links open your device’s applications. For time-sensitive questions, call 708-398-0831.

Enrollment voice assistance

Jack answers a fixed set of enrollment and service topics. Typed questions remain in page memory and are not saved to the registration database. Spoken answers use a voice available on your device; the speaker can vary. Microphone use is optional and requires a separate choice. Your browser’s speech service may process spoken questions under its own settings. Avoid personal, medical or payment information.

Corrections or removal requests

Call 708-398-0831 or email besteducatorstutoring@gmail.com to request a correction or removal. The director will verify the request before acting. No fixed deletion timetable is represented here.
